What is Drain Jetting?

Drain jetting, also known as jet rodding, is one of the most effective ways to clean drains and pipes of obstructions and blockages caused by everyday wear and tear, tree roots, and even storm damage. Drains are cleaned by using a high-powered jet of water that is blown down the pipe to break apart and flush down any debris and blockages to the nearest drain access point where it can then be sucked up by a sucker truck.

This high-pressure water cleaning method is quicker and more effective than a traditional drain snake as it can break up all types of debris - including grease and fat build ups - that a snake would just slide right through, leaving it to reform once it is removed.
